We're looking for experienced surf instructors to teach group and private lessons in Tarifa. If you're passionate about the ocean, love teaching and want to be part of a team with a great atmosphere, we'd love to meet you.
More than teaching surf
At La Flow Surf School we believe a good lesson isn't just about standing up on a board. Our job is to guide every student, help them progress and make sure they enjoy a safe, fun and unforgettable experience.
That's why we look for people who share our way of understanding surfing: respect for the sea, a passion for teaching and the drive to spread positive energy in and out of the water.
Who are we looking for?
We care about your experience as much as your attitude.
- Experience teaching surf lessons.
- Intermediate or advanced surfing level.
- Able to work with groups.
- Great with children, teenagers and adults.
- Reliable and punctual.
- A team player.
- Positive attitude and a desire to keep learning.
We'll especially value
- Surf instructor qualification.
- First aid or lifeguard training.
- Previous experience at surf schools.
- Knowledge of English.
- Experience with school groups and camps.
- Driving licence.
